Senior Commercial Valuer to join an Australian Valuations firm with a mammoth growth profile and an excellent reputation to boot.

The Role:

• Sits in the Middle Markets division handling Commercial valuations hitting up to the $60 million mark.
• Development work, Industrial, Commercial buildings, Shopping Centres / Retail, Residential Developments, Specialty & Mixed-use, general mortgage etc.
• Fostering good relationships with clients, financiers & third parties.

Fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work their way up to the Institutional space as the firm has a very strong Institutional division in Sydney led by one of the market leaders in the space who will provide comprehensive training in this space.

The Director of this team also has a background in Funds & Developments and can offer insight & training into this space which could become valuable if this is a direction in which you’d like to take your career.
